From a social media perspective, interactivity is everything. – That is the reason businesses have social media; to interact with their clientele on a personal and professional level. But they also use it to claim an identity. If you post a Facebook status, it is not because you want to connect with people, but it is because you want to show yourself. We want likes and comments, but more importantly, we want attention. There is nothing wrong with wanting attention for something that you’re passionate about. We create posts that are not narcissistic, but are centered around our clients’ interests and values, in order to intimate our clients’ consumers with those companies. Yes, of course, we do want to build a connection with their consumers but initially, we want to enhance our clients’ consumers’ understanding of these companies.
